Intake and Judging – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, October 14–16
Quilt Intake is Tuesday, October 24, 10:30 AM–6 PM
To volunteer, you must be able to:
- Stand/walk for up to 3 hours
- Lift/hold/carry quilts
- Shut off your cell phone
- Remain quiet
Please wear sturdy shows and dress comfortably. A brief training session will take place on Tuesday morning.
Quilt Judging is Wednesday–Thursday, October 15–16, 7 AM–6 PM
Great learning experience! Several jobs are available. Three scribes are needed for each shift on both Wednesday and Thursday. To volunteer, you must be able to:
- Stand/walk for up to 3 hours
- Lift/hold/carry quilts
- Shut off your cell phone
- Remain quiet
Please wear sturdy shows and dress comfortably. A brief training session will take place at the beginning of each shift.
Setup the Quilt Show – Thursday, October 16
Join the fun setting up the show on Thursday!
Jobs from hanging quilts and special exhibits to helping vendors are listed on this sign up. They include putting hangers on quilts, hanging quilts on pipes, and pinning small projects to drapes.
Vendor set-up includes showing vendors to their spots, holding doors for load in as needed, and assisting with any questions that vendors may have.
Note that some judging continues on the Judging signup.
